The first one looks like something to squeeze juice, maybe a garlic press. The second to imprint a design, maybe on a cookie. It's hard to tell without seeing the end. It may well be something you use to pulp something. The last one may have mistakenly been moved from the bedroom to the kitchen.
Yep, garlic press for the first one, the second one is called a muddler and it's usually used in making cocktails - think a mojito where you have to crush the limes. The third one is hard to see.
The last one looks like some sort of measuring or dispensing spoon. Since it is attached to what looks like a knob or maybe a small drawer pull, it might be part of a spice chest or similar container.
#3 looks like it's used to administer liquid medicine to a small child or infant.
I've seen those before but I'll be damned what they're used for. I do know it's one of those things you really need it when you need it but only use every 22 years or so.

I agree with the muddler - that's definitely what the second one is. Not a meat tenderizer. But I think it's actually the mint that is muddled for the mojito. The limes are squeezed for their juice. I'm an avid Cuban restaurant goer, and have had quite my share of Mojito Mondays.
