But what if I identify as blue does that mean I only get cold water?

I just saw a video of that faucet. It looks nice. Did you buy it or something else?

Here's a Moen Haelyn ColorCue link and video:

We need a new kitchen faucet ASAP and though I would love one with touchless spray (different from the faucet, above), we don't want anything that requires an outside power source. Easy installation is important, as it will be a homeowner DIY project.

Any suggestions, anyone?

I have a 2018 Delta kitchen pull down faucet with the handle on the side and hot is to the back and cold to the front.

I once lived in a duplex where the shower was plumbed wrong. The hot knob was on the right and cold on the left. It was dangerous.

Ours, which we like, is on the right side of the gooseneck, up cold, down hot.

My installer didn't ask me (and I probably wouldn't have been able to tell him so it's good he didn't ask since it would have been a waste of his and my time). Mine's a Moen and I have the opposite--up is cold and forward is hot. All I need is to know which is which and I'm good. I'm just thankful to have running water, hot and cold. Which way is which, they to me at least seem to have it different everywhere so I just figure out which way is which way and try to remember.
