Default Installation cost for Bilco basement doors?
I have a new Bilco-type basement door for my house, but it is not yet installed. Does anyone here have an idea of what it might cost me to have someone install it for me? There is already an old wooden basement door there.

Depending on who you hire (Side-job Johnny or a insured, professional company) you're probably in the $200-400 range, assuming that the door fits the current opening correctly. If work has to be done to make the new door fit over the existing opening, all bets are off.
