You just spray it on your dry clothes, I have even used it on thick cotton curtains - (they had those fold lines when I took them out of the package) and just hung them right up. It is a miracle. I'm terrible at ironing - I always cause more wrinkles than I get out too. I blame it on being left handed.

Oh yeah, I totally forgot about that stuff! I bought some off brand and it DID work! I used to use it on my khakis before work. Just give yourself time for it to dry.. doesn't take long but takes a few minutes.
I am left handed too... it does seem to make ironing difficult. Many other things as well!

It was a hand-me-down from a friend who used to sew, so no harm.
Faultless also makes an amazing wrinkle release spray, but I've only seen it for sale online, not in stores. But then again, I live in NYC and most stores have diddly in the laundry aisle.

I don't even have the excuse of being left-handed! I don't have an excuse---just lack that talent I guess!
I am somewhat domestically challenged..

I have a friend whose home I was staying at this past week. She sprays the Downy wrinkle releaser on her clothes before she irons them. Makes no sense to me if it takes the wrinkles out without ironing -- especially when she hates to iron.

The best ironing advise I ever got was from the Cambodian guy at the local cleaners. He said "Mr Stacy, I do shirts for $1.00 each."
No more wrinkles.

Wow you are lucky! A $1.00 each? I haven't heard of a great price like that in many years. I pay $2.00-$2.50 each. It doesn't sound like much but when you wear at least 5 blouses a week that need ironing it really adds up fast. Like so many other people today we are trying to find ways to cut our expenses back--this was one more way I was considering--ironing my things myself. I wish your cleaners was near me--I probably wouldn't consider cutting back with getting my ironing done there!

I started sending my ironing out when I figured out it was costing me more to iron then it would cost to have it done at the drycleaners.

I have been through many irons over the years. I always seem to drop them or they spit brown stuff all over. Recently, I was in the market for yet another one and I was going to buy the best, most expensive one I could find. When I went online to see some ratings, I was surprised to find that the Rowenta (expensive) had very bad ratings.
I wound up buying a Shark at Lowe's for about $50. and so far I like it pretty well.
