How can you tell if a ceramic tile floor is sealed

I'm new to tile floors, can anyone give me any tips on maintaining a sanded latex portland cement grouted tile floor. I believe the tile is glazed.

Does latex portland cement grout need to be sealed?

Yes the grout wil change colors even if its sealed in lighter shades of grout until it drys

I sealed the entire floor tile and grout. Now there is a haze on the floor, what is it and can it be removed?

You cna buy spray on or brush on grout sealer at any home store. It is very easy to do and costs almost nothing. We were told to re-do the sealer every year or so. At least in the showers.

My builder done a beautiful job of putting in my ceramic tile but when he sealed it. It is streaked and some grout it very light and some is darker. Looks uneven not good.
