My builder told me to clean my tile floors with a mixture of warm water and vinegar. I've used it for years and it cleans well and never leaves a film or any stickiness. And the vinegar doesn't hurt the grout either.

I liked using Lysol.
Right now I use ammonia because the people that lived here before used wax all the time. So everytime I mop now, I get more of the dirt and grime they left behind up.

I really like Pledge Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner. It can be used on tile, hardwood, and vinyl. Works great and smells nice too.

I'd go with vinegar and water as well.

Ditto on this for me. Works great and I don't have to worry about chemicals with my dogs.
