Water supply pipe insulation? (floor, Home Depot, Lowes, insulating)

We are in the process of building a new home and have several interior walls with cpvc water supply pipes running through them. Since several of these walls are in bedrooms, we are interested in dampening some of the sound if someone needs to use the water while another person is sleeping.

I know that we can do sound insulating pipe wrap or sound proof dry wall but I don't know that I need to go that high end.

I am thinking a little less expensive such as using batts of fiberglass insulation or filling the wall cavity with Great Stuff type foam insulation.

The pipes are attached to the studs using plastic clips which should hopefully alleviate most vibration noises.

Does anyone have any experience with cheap noise reduction? Would fiberglas batts or spray foam be a better choice? Is there something else in the same price range I can get from Home Depot or Lowes that would fit in the wall cavity? I did not see anything but may not have been looking for the right product.

The cheap foam pipe wrap is very easy and will work well.
It would not hurt, or cost much to put fiberglass batt insulation in the walls either.
I just don't care for the spray foam in large areas. Where you can put it to make a difference is where the pipes or anything else for that matter go through the top or bottom plates of the walls. You should seal those openings/gaps with foam.

You may also want to wrap the waste pipes too, it will reduce that noise as well.

The foam pipe wrap is a good idea. I bought all of the spray foam and started thinking about the logistics of spraying it and started to get second thoughts, hence the post. I have never tried sound insulating before which is why I am curious of what other have experienced.

We are using cast iron for the vertical waste line drops (and PVC for the horizontal runs). Since the horizontal runs go through the floor joists, we are able to use thicker batts on those as well (which we have done).
