I just put in a Mr. Slim a month ago on a newly added 2nd floor bonus room approx 400 square feet. The cost to install and unit was $2,700. Hardly can hear it and does a great job at cooling so far. We opted for this as a 1 1/2 ton HVAC would have been over kill for the room size we were wanting an HVAC for. I highly recommend the Mr. Slim as I did extensive research on many of the major brands and cost was not a concern for me. Anyhow, I'm happy with Mr. Slim Ductless HVAC.
