I don't know what I'm doing and complained about different parts failing so they finally sent me a complete brand new faucet. Now I have one for spare parts.

See if you have any such warranty. It makes repairs a little easier to swallow.
We have 15 year old Delta faucets and one of them was leaking last year. I called Delta and had the needed replacement part in a few days-no shipping cost either. They sent directions how to fix it-took all of 30 seconds.

The amount of "hard water" minerals may also be a factor!

Look for any of these manufacturers-
LaCava, Danze, Franke, Blanco, and Hansgrohe- that's off the top of my head. Most of these have commercial lines also.

We were recommended Grohe also when we had our granite counters installed. He said this was the only brand they carried, although they are fairly expensive. The granite guy told me that when he sold his last house that he bought a new faucet for the old house so he could take his Grohe with him to his new house; sales pitch or not, that sounded like a good reason to me.

That being said, I have a Delta that I had already bought recently and it's been holding up fine and seems extremely durable to me.
