One thing that is very important is, it is not all the same. Most of the drywall is just fine. It seems that some that came from a certain quarry is where the problem is. People need to have their drywall tested if they think they have Chinese drywall. Chances are, even if they do there is no problem.

And dont forget the sulfur that melts the copper wire in your walls. It's all bad. I hope the new regulations have some teeth in it

ABC looked intot eh rpeorts and found it wasn't just chienese drywall but their are suits on american drywall has well.They also tested both and found the same thing to a lessor degree.
