Looking for different ideas on placing some molding on our victorian home. Can't think of the name they call the design molding. What I am talking about is the molding you see in the situation in the roof peaks, can anyone tell me what this is called?

Start at this page-
Outwater Plastics - 2009 Master Catalog - page 863

I purchase from them all the time- good prices, good service.
And it's all pvc! No rot, little maintenance.

Make sure that you match the style of your house. Putting stick style moldings on a colonial revival home or a craftsman will usually look really stupid. Often the places that sell the moldings will look at a picutre of your house and help you choose appropriate style of molding.

Our home is listed on the national registry for historic places. Its Queen Anne Victorian style. We are now in the process of repainting exterior and over the years some of the moldings have been removed so wanting to replace those now. Selecting the colors, wow to say the least, getting it narrowed down some now. Looking forward to the finished product.

Thanks everyone for the links and suggestions.
