Hi,

Husband just got a new job in Bellaire. Where can we get a nice 3/4 BR house in a safe neighborhood?
Our budget is 900-1250. The lower the better, obviously since we are renting, we don't want to spend a whole lot.

I was looking at Cypress, and Katy and Sugar Land. We currently live in Haslet, it's North Fort Worth.

We would like stores nearby, and things for the kids to do 3 small kids.

Thank YOu

You can get a 3 bedroom averaging about 1400 square feet in that price range in older Sugar Land. The other two areas are too far away.

I would also look at Westbury, they may have homes around that range as well and the commute would be MUCH better

Westbury will start at $1100 for a small 3 bedroom and shoot to $1200 after 1 or 2 houses. Older and usually not in the greatest of shape for that price range.
