More than likely it will happen, because Houston is the largest metro without a "theme" park. However, if it's not built, it's not the end of the world because someone will still be interested in building a big amusement park in Houston in the future. So, its theme park desert shows interest to many amusement park developers, if you will.

You can go ahead and do that. I won't. I think it'll still happen.

This reminds me of the Waterlights project in Pearland. Although this is a much larger projects, but any large project will have hiccups in this economy. No matter how solid it looks.

I really hope it goes through!

I hope so, even though there's doubt.

I think only the weak give up and lose interest. It shows they never cared from the start. I'm not saying you do that, but I don't like quitters. They never win.

This project is happening, you can bet on it that it will happen. They went back to the drawing board because they have to work with financing. That means they went back to discuss what segment of the project they're going to do first because they cant afford to do all of it at once anymore.

These things take time and patience. Los Angeles has been trying for 15 years now to land a NFL Team, and their target date is 2012. Will they get it in 2012? No one knows. But one thing people do know is that Los Angeles will be getting their team regardless of when. Houston will be getting its theme park regardless of when.

It's a very simple concept.
