Hey everyone, so I've posted on here quite a bit. I used to live in Houston when I was a kiddo but I've mostly grown up in Tulsa & Dallas. Now I'm back in the Houston area & I absolutely LOVE it.
One question I had was how is the dating scene here? As far as Long-Term Relationships go? I'll just describe myself, I'm black (Caribbean), planning on teaching elementary school, & not looking to marry so soon. I'll be 22 next month & I just wanted to date around & make friends in the city. Building a social network is really important to me.
How is the dating scene for black girls in Houston? A few of the guys I've met seem to be pretty friendly thankfully
I'm single, super friendly, & I'm a huge people person
I'm open to interracial dating too. I've heard of Events & Adventures but then I read somewhere that that's a scam too. I like to drink & party every now & then, but I also like cultural stuff like museums & concerts. I like to volunteer, work out (I'm an ex-volleyball athlete & I also play tennis & run/jog) & I'm also a Christian (I posted the question about Diverse Churches in Houston)
Anyway, if you can offer some help? I'd really appreciate it.

I was always told that if you want to meet someone it is better to join a club or do an activity that you enjoy and then you will meet people who like doing the same thing. The Meetups are very varied. I bet you cam find something that interests you there.
