Apparently, the City of Cleveland is collecting disbanded LeBron jerseys and sending them to the homeless in Miami. Love it.

And since 1980....

Rockets: Four Finals appearances, two championships
Mavs: One Finals appearance, no championships

The Mavs have been to the last decade what the Sonics were in the 90s - winners in the regular season, chronic chokers in the postseason.

Unless it's football and we're going back >15 years, nobody in Dallas has any business talking about Houston teams sucking.

Next....

What does that have to do with anything? Doesn't change the fact that the Mavs were up 2-0 against the Heat and lost (and Dallas' mayor starting planning the parade route). Doesn't change the fact that they won 67 games the next year, but lost to an 8th seed.

Buddy, the Mavs suck and have no future. All of their players are old and they only have one young promising player in Roddy B. Seriously, the entire starting five is over 31. Going down the bench, it's pretty much the same way. I'm in DFW now and my Maverick fans all know this and hve long since accepted it (since the Denver series in 09 really). The Rockets, on the other hand, have a great core of young players and are positioned to win now and in the future.

The Rockets suck, that's my opinion.

The Mavs isn't my favorite Basketball Team, the Heat is.

it can be your opinion, but it's dead wrong if you look at stats and records.

I bet ladarron can't even name two members of the Heat outside of the newly christened "Miami Thrice" - at least without looking it up.

What's hilarious about this is there's no guarantee the Heat will even be able to consistently sell out despite the new acquisitions. Miami, unless the Dolphins are involved, is a godawful sports town.
