Perry homes or Chesmar homes
we are planning to buy a new house. The plans we liked are one from perry homes( cypress creek lakes) and another one from chesmar homes( canyon lake west) . which builder is better and which Community is better. has anyone had any bad experience with perry homes or chesmar.

I would choose neighborhood over house plan. Drive thru and see what types of people live there. If there are high numbers of renters,foreclosures etc...

Chesmar is the way to go as they have an awesome management team. Best energy effientcy and they give back to the Community.
