I can not believe that the Houston MSA grew faster by percentage and raw numbers than DFW.

They "grew" the same rate from 2000 to 2010. There really isn't anything special about all of this at all though.

I was speaking on how the media always reported that DFW was growing faster, but officailly, it turns out that Houston was the faster growing MSA. THat's all I'm saying.

So, it seems like Houston has come on top among all the Southern metros. It added more residents than any metro in the South! Congrats!

More than anyone else in the country.

Our brothers in Dallas/Fort Worth were right alongside us though, I don't want to take anything away from a job well done from them too. Great performance this decade, for us all. Now lets become a mega city. With population gains comes new developments, with new developments comes cool stuff like the City Centre, Transit Expansions, & Calatrava Bridge (This one in Dallas).
