Hello all,

I am looking for recommendations for realtors in the Sugar Land area. When my wife and I last visited SL, we talked with a realtor from RE/MAX southwest. I won't mention the realtors name, but I will say that I was very disappointed.
We will make another visit to SL soon and I would like to establish lines of communication with a new realtor.

thanks

What was it about him that you didn't like?

(Yes, don't give his name)

My wife and I sat down with him for over an hour and discussed what type of house we were looking for, how much we were looking to spend and when we needed the move in.
He never sent us ONE listing. Instead, he sent us many emails inviting us to his seminars on flipping properties, becoming a real estate investor and buying foreclosures.
Not one time during our meeting with him did we say that we were interested in any of these.
Like I said, disappointing...

That's .....weird. I agree, makes no sense. Obviously, he's only into investment property and should have told you that.
