what's a good mosquito repellant safe for toddlers inside house/apartment.

my toddler has a lot of mosquito bites and scars since we moved to our new apartment in front of many pine trees.
we'll leave this apartment as soon as our lease is up but it's still a few months from now.

Are you sure it's mosquitoes? On the news yesterday, they indicated that there's an outbreak of bedbugs in Houston.

I heard on different new sources that there seems to be an outbreak of bedbugs everywhere in the USA. What's up with that?

The problem is you can bring them home from vacation, the office, retail stores, theaters, etc.

I blame Roger Clemens! (or, in other words, I have no clue)

Could also be fleas if dogs and cats were in the apartment before you.

Sure they're not spider bites? I'm seeing a lot more than usual this summer, little black ones.

Apply diluted malathion from a spray can every 2 weeks around the outside doors.

I used to get those around my ankles, and I think they were fleas. Sprinkle some flea killer/room freshener on your carpets and vacuum up. Bengal spray I also used. Seemed to do the trick. Babies, like ankles, are thin skinned.

I suggest you get a good pest control company to spray the place. It only costs you around $30.
