No didnt give up on Pecan Grove but we saw a really nice house in Tara priced much less than the one we are looking at in Pecan Grove and taxes are alot less. We love Pecan Grove, and are hoping to put in an offer on it this week. Just figured Id ask about Tara since its much more affordable. Why do you say to stay away? thanks

we were looking at that area too before we decided on waterview.
the schools are zoned to lamar. also most homes there are older so that's one reason why they are cheaper. the area is just so-so.
