You're greeted with crackheads and prostitutes. The food tends to always been spoiled or old. The prices are jacked up. Horrible.

Oooo, I disagree with this. Bulk shopping or not, having just two rows, 6 deep (a dozen) of, say, Cheerios or Jif is just wrong. THAT'S why they don't have these types of common items.
