Question Best Area For $250K to $300K

Thinking about moving 8 month to a yr home we are living now has a lot of problems. So which of these neighborhoods is best looking for a totaly remodeled 2000 to 2500 sqft home for $250k to $300k. Looking to stay close in to town

Willowbend
Meyerland
Maplewood
Westbury part zoned to bellaire
Linkwood
Lawndale area
Riverside Terrace southwest part
Glenbrook Valley Glen Vista

You don't mention Willowbend, but you do mention its surrounding neighborhoods. I think in that price range, for that square footage, it is among your best bets.

Meyerland! Amazing neighborhood but I don't know if you'll be able to get the house you ask for in that price range.

Just found a larger home in Riverside Terrace 9000 sqft Frenwood at Cullen needs some work would it be worth it to buy it & put $50k to $60k into it. What is the neighborhood is the like & is this a good deal in this area??

if you arent black you might feel uncomfortable, however its a beautiful neighborhood with amazing homes
