Typically, a smaller square footage home on zero lot line lot. Zero lot line platted communities require one side of the home to be built right on the property line with no (or little) set back off the side line.
Or, many agents classify homes with larger footprints on small lots, with no real yard, garden homes.

It's usually nothing special, other than minimal yard space. Same reason they call a standard crappy five foot acrylic tub with a 4' x 4' window above it a "garden tub".

it is probably a patio home as RCH99 said, zero lot line..and a garden tub is round and spacious or should be..and the implication is that its relaxing..which is important RCH99! Way better then those skinny tubs in secondary bathrooms..who wants to sit in that after age 5?
