Does anybody know anything (good or bad) about Jacobs Reserve in Conroe, TX? Regarding resale, would it better to buy a new home in Jacobs Reserve or in Auburn Lakes? Our range is between $200,000 and $230,000.

We are having a hard time making up our minds. Please help us out. Your responses are deeply appreciated.

Auburn Lakes would likely be a better resale because of its location. It is an easy commute to town or The Woodlands..It is close to Augusta Pines and not far from Creekside, making it a desirable location.

Thank you, SkyeAnjel for your reply! We really like the homes at Jacobs Reserve and wish those same homes were being built in Auburn Lakes!! However, we feel like Jacobs Reserve does not have the "community feeling" that Auburn Lakes, Augusta Pines, or Creekside have. Jacobs Reserve is about 2 miles from I-45 and close to all the new development in Honea-Egypt.
