Does anyone have any information on where people can buy grass fed, organic meat (beef, chicken, pork) from a farm within reasonable distance from Houston/Woodlands? We generally like to buy a quarter of beef and store that in the freezer.

I agree. I just bought a whole, grass fed cow and it's fantastic.

I don't know of any farms per say, I bought mine from a business associate's family farm. Crockett to the north is a large cattle area. Perhaps contact the local Tractor Supply and they can give you some a tip.
