I am thinking of buying a home that has tile throughout the living area--not my first choice of flooring but everything else about the home is really nice. Does anyone have suggestions for good warm area rugs that would make the winters less cold with tile. I am a chilly kind of girl.

We got this for our saltillo tile living room. Overstock has some nice rugs.

The bedrooms have carpet. Use an area rug for now, like the one above. You can leave like that, or change to hardwood later in the den (use Lumber Liquidators - it's only about 450 square feet at the most for the entry and den - and won't cost near what you think). It looks nice, from the pictures. Nice patio.

I had a client own there before she bought a house - she never said anything bad about them. She just outgrew it (got married, had babies).

I'll go by the 11th - Sunday will be nuts. However, I bet they have some huge incentives to come in Sunday.

Yes, selection is small and it is only at the HomeGoods stores, but there are some nice ones there for a good price.
