The Woodlands and Shenandoah
Is Shenandoah a good area, we found a house on Wellman road? It is in the new Silverwood Estates. We are looking to build with Juliet homes. It has a Shenandoah address. The kids can still go to The Woodlands schools or Oakridge schools. We thought we were in The Woodlands. What about resale with this address?

Shenandoah is still Woodlands without the Woodlands address. It is nice there. I would imagine resale out there anywhere would not be a problem.
I find the whole area beautiful and less expensive it you don't write "The Woodlands" on your return address.

Shenandoah is still really nice. It just doesn't have "The Woodlands" address, which is fine.

Oddly enough, Shenandoah residents are defiantly proud about not having a Woodlands address.

And oddly enough, most of Shenandoah is on the west side of I-45, where all the development is. Some in the Woodlands reside in its ETJ, and may be annexed.

Okay what is ETJ?
Thank you for all the post I'm really excited about moving to that area, close to shopping and some really nice areas.
Any body know about the Juliet Home builders? I have heard of bad and good. When I'm back there I going to stop in and talk to some of the existing residents.

It is an area where the city can annex in the future. They expand outside the city limits.
