I also failed the pre employment test at MD Anderson, it was about a year ago..it took me a year to find a job. I know how u feel I gained weight and was depressed behind it all...GOOD LUCK in your job search..I wish you the best, I really do...God Bless

Easy to get along with
Good at solving problems

When working with other people, I tend to:
Get annoyed by people that complain
Worry that others may not like me
Work on what I can do on my own
End up doing more than my fair share

It irritates me to be interrupted when I am working on something.

I've had similar questions with other employer. These are no biggie. These type questions are very telling about an applicants character, ethics, ability to work with others, etc.

Even places like best buy and lowes home improvement stores, use the same bs testing process in hiring. I hated it when I went to apply at places that used this method of hire. They take so long to do to not even get a call back saying you didn't pass. I also noticed they took forever to get get back to you even if you did pass the test and I would find I already found a job at the time or not even interested anymore. With my experience with this method, they don't even set eyes on your application/resume of you don't pass the test.

Has anyone interviewed with them and not get the job? If so, does HR call you and let you know you weren't hired or do they just send an e-mail or not contact you at all?

When I was in grad school, a friend and I decided to answer the same company's pre-employment questionnaire where one of us did her best to answer like a leader (me) and one answered like a total "do whatever you are told without question" follower (her). She landed an interview and I didn't. She declined.

What is up with the pre-employment assessment questions they use for their application process? Is it a way to weed out unwanted candidate without being labeled as 'discriminate' to save their time? The questions are ridiculous. At the end of your application you have to go through 79 questions to later find out that, "Unfortunately, you did not meet the testing requirements for the positions." Can someone please help me understand their reasoning?

every fortune company uses this process to filter out the masses. even starbucka does the same thing....yes.....a job serving some coffee lol. doesnt really matter what industry it is these days. you will be assessed to work in retail at a store like jcpenneys, walmart, target, dillards, macys and also fast food... 79 questions is ridiculous, but i have done worst.....try a 128 question assessment with at&t just to work at a funky store and sell phones lol.
