I live in Baytown, and I was lucky to pick the part of Baytown in the Stephen F Austin school district, which I consider the best elementary school here. If you want to be in that school district, you would have to consider subdivisions such as: Tanglewilde (where I live), Country Meadows, Pinehurst, and maybe even King's Bend. I wouldn't move into Hunter's Chase-I hear property values have dropped like a rock in there due to all of the foreclosures. Those are KB homes, and I think KB was offering deals just to get people in there, and now a lot of them are defaulting on their loans. Pine Meadows was offering 500 down deals, but I heard the foreclosures have started in there now as well. You can look up homes for sale by subdivision if you go on har dot com. Hope that helps!
