Here's what happened. Houston got its days mixed up, thought today was Halloween and couldn't decide if it wanted to dress up as Chicago or Seattle. Hard to tell, especially with the wind to go with the clouds and drizzle.

Let's proceed.

.....eh, let's do something else.

Underground we go.

Let's go get a closer look at the gorgeous weather.

Oh....I see. Or actually, no, I don't see.

Getting better...

Or as good as it's going to get.

QUACK

This weekend's looking better on the weather front.

Drive safely....

And live responsibly.

So how do you get the pictures from the top looking down? Seems like most bldgs don't let you go up for a view unless you work in them.......

Thanx - the textured ones are my favorites and you always include some. I have decided to do a wall of jfre photos in B&W.

There's an observation area on the 60th floor of the JP Morgan Chase Tower that you can go up to on weekdays. Also, you can head up to the sky lobby on the 58th/59th floor of Wells Fargo Plaza if you want. There's another one in that building that's on the 34th floor, I think. I'm just assuming he took those in JP Morgan Chase, though.
