This is our floor plan. We have the 6th bedroom instead of the larger gameroom, and have the third full bath upstairs.
This is not our actual house, so don't come looking for me here. Just the same floor plan.

Yes it does. Our home prior to moving to Katy was a 1980s ranch, 4 bed/2 bath, brick home. Very few improvements done to it..(Had harvest gold laminate counters and green appliances when we bought it), and it was more than our new one here.
I am extremely happy with our new home. And the neighborhood.

I use to stay in Humble. Currently I stay near Spring. Both areas are pretty nice although there have been a few bad things around the Spring area. Someone told me there are a lot of Katrina evacuee staying in the Spring area. A classmate of mine told me the same thing. She use to go to Klein Collins which is near Spring. I preferred to live in Humble though. I drove to Humble for the first time in 7 years. A lot has changed there. There are new subdivisions open from my elementary school up to atascocita. I probably will buy a housed in Humble once I graduate.

if you are considering traffic, don't choose spring. currently i-45 is the worst freeway in houston. the north section from 610 loop to the conroe is terrible most of the time. if you don't mind paying tolls, you have the hardy toll road. katy has a toll road also if you want a quicker commute.

The I-45 widening is north of Conroe that I am aware of.
