Effective Dec. 21, it will cost you $200 if you get caught texting while driving in Tomball. Houston should follow Tomball's example.

I will probably get hatred on this......and obviously I am generalizing, but I hate Houston area drivers.
I think it has to do with being from the northeast, where aggressive driving is the norm. Less patience for the slow drivers, whether they are on the highways, or at 4-way stop signs. Just keep moving people....

the one thing that gets me the most: people who do not signal! is it going to kill you to signal!!!!! houston area drivers are the worst when it comes to this... and get off the damn phone..

Nah man, DFW drivers are worst at signaling. At least on the Dallas side. I also love how when you do signal in Dallas, they like to speed up in front of you before you make your lane change. D'bags. That's when you learn to turn your signal on, and just boss hog your way into wherever you need to go.
