forget san antonio, we've been all over there. i was thinking austin but i was told there is nothing there but "capitol hills". new orleans is another option but was told it aint kid friendly. is there anything in shevereport? or any place family friendly this holiday. 6 hours max driving.

dallas? corpus christi? or what about galveston....moody gardens has a hotel,imax,aquarium,etc.

brenham has cabin style houses to rent. you can go to messina hof for the adults and the blue bell factory for the kids, then there is a big outdoor place too with hiking trails and whatnot. maybe someone can help me out
