I was going to say, maybe we should move our police from "Looking for expired car safety inspection stickers at red lights" to "Being a Cop".

I bet beefing up the cops would help. Maybe they can get some help from pychic first, so they'll know to stop a fight before it breaks out.

I really to hope that the Southwest Side Syndrome doesn't take over Sugarland. Judging by the posts I have been reading it seems as if most people would agree.

You can't blame these thugs from going to FC ever since Sharpstown got kinda shut down...they needed a place to hang out

Like someone else said, the malls not only attract people from the immediate area, but also from miles away. Could happen at any mall.

Sugar Land has an advantage, like Bellaire, in being an incorporated city with its own police and services. I'd expect if the SLPD cracks down enough, the problem guys will move on to a mall or hangout where the law enforcement is more lacking.

The same kind of people also tore up Westwood.

Same thing goes out here-- the same fools who infest Baybrook now already sent Almeda Mall down the dumper. Fortunately for those of us with computers & internet, malls are mostly irrelevant.
