Good work fella!

thought I had better add: no sarcasm intended. I am fully aware there are some professional, ethical realtors out there and from your posts on the forum I'm prepared to accept you're one of them.

I bought my house with the help of Cheryl, whom I met after reading her posts on this website. I found her to be highly ethical and competent and would recommend her to anyone. to the OP, send me a dm offline if you want to talk more.

CheryJohns - totally and absolutely ethical.

Smart and observant to boot.

She actually talked us out of even CONSIDERING to go over our budget.

We too had Cheryl as our agent and she is one of the best out there. She really knows her stuff and also the Katy market.

Sorry about your last experiences. Good luck!!

There are agents in Houston who come in and tell sellers they can get a high price just to get the listing. Everybody is delighted. Then they think they can get you to lower the price. We have a good house in a good neighborhood, but the local high school gets a bad rap.
Cheryjohns is realistic and pragmatic.

Only cause the site makes you wait 1 minute before posting again. I guess to help with spamming the board by spammers.
