Felines kill birds, geckos and whatever because it is their nature to be hunters ... it is what comes naturally. Don't want them killing birds in your yard, get rid of that big concrete birdbath ... you're providing a large food dish.

I think cats hate citrus. Sprinkle some orange juice. It's environmentally safe and will attract nice bugs
