I just moved to Houston and I am trying to find a 1 bedroom apt for 800-1000$ in a building with semi new appliance/build and decent amenities (big pool + cardio room is all i care about).

A place like Upper Kirby Gables or La Maison would be perfect for me, except they are a little too expensive (gables is like 1.2k and maison is like 1.3+ i think).

There are so many buildings in this area and I'm having a hard time looking at all of them. Right now Avalon Square and camden greenway are my backups.

I've checked out the gables cityview and waterford square and they were like 990 but they were old and had very old applicances (original appliances) and the place was 20 years old with no real renovations... but their location was really good (right on alabama next to kirby).

If anyone knows anything or knows of a relator or some service that could help I'd appreciate it.

thanks
