You didn't meet anyone at UH? I consider myself to have low social skills, but I manage to meet a lot of people there. You can also go to the park. I met a few people walking my dog at the park. You can also go to the club. Tons of people around your age there. I met quiet a few myself.

Hahaha I can't resist I have to share the story of how I got my handle. Wayyy back before the WWW there was only email and IRC (internet chat).
