Hi, Everyone...Happy New Year!

Moving to Houston next year and was looking in the "Champion" area...anyone have any info on the area?

I am single, adult children, going to school, and will be working for the state...what's good, not so good and what you consider bad?

Best bargain in Houston - the house you will get for the money. Just be sure to check any address at www.tsarp.org to make sure the house is not in the flood zone. Try to stay north of 1960.
