Hi...

I am tentatively moving to either Friendswood or Clear Lake and commuting Galveston. Are there any thoughts on nice apartments in either cities. I am looking for something small but nice. I have been looking online but at the same time, I like to hear what others think about the various apartment complexes. Thanks for any comments.

Sorry my budget is between $ 400 to $ 650. I would love either a studio or one bedroom.

Default Apartments In League City

Hi All,

Has anyone ever lived in or has any information regarding, South Pointe Apartments, Huntcliff Apartments, Haven South Apartments or Crows Nest Apartments. Any information would be GREATLY appreciated. I am interested in one bedroom and one bath. Not wanting to spend over $650 per month on rent. I will be working in the Galveston area.

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Is Huntcliff in Friendswood - if those are the ones on 518, I think those are okay.

I lived in Huntcliffe when I moved to the area in 2000. Mind you this was about a decade ago, so a lot has changed. It was an ok place for the money. We still live nearby, and the Huntcliffe looks to be well kept. A friend from college lived in Crow's nest for years, and he had no problems.

In Clear Lake $650 for a 1 bedroom won't be all that ''nice'' but won't be bad. Anything lower will likely put you among questionable clientele and heavy traffic (mall/shopping) areas.

Its just hard relocating to another State not to mention another city when you are doing all the research via the internet from another state. So again thank you everyone for responding. I have narrowed my search to either Friendswood, League City or Clear Lake. I have all three are nice areas and offer easy access to Galveston.
