Yeah, we noticed that too - it used to be cheaper.

The last two times we've taken our kids to Luby's at Town & Country, they order the chicken strips.......but they have to make them from scratch.......ten minutes after Mom & Dad finish eating, they bring out the chicken strips.

At least the face painting clowns & balloon stylists aren't there anymore.......that was a mad house. I felt bad for the elderly people trying to get out the door & pay. Kids turned that area into a disco floor, lol.

El Nina: Yes, Papamia's was Italian & owned by Papas. The food was really good, the location on Westpark is what sank it.

I am not sure if this is related to the Pappas...
Yes, Pappas has/had an Italian restaurant named Pappamia.

I will take that as a joke ... Pappa John's Pizza has nothing to do with the Pappa's family. The Pappa Johns Pizza guy is from Louisville, KY (actually live sin Anchorage, KY)

Yes - but as surprising as it may sound, the one on 59 S near Wilcrest closed down a month or two ago. I loved that place - good steaks & wine collection.
