I am looking for similar neighborhoods in Houston, I prefer to live next to white people and well educated Hispanics (normally well educated Hispanic from Argentina, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Colombia and South America prefer to live next to white people) so I am looking for a mainly white subdivision.
This is what I am looking for: Mainly white population, good location, good schools, and houses that are not too old.

Any suggestions?
Buddy you are in the wrong state. Try N. Dakota. Texas has a large minority population. What kind of message is this to post on city data forum?

People do not understand that your finances determine what neighborhood you will live in. The only color that matters in the U.S. is green.

That description is alot more accurate to my post. Now direct me to anywhere in my post where I stated that Jherri-curl americans my bad Afro Americans(wow didn't know we still went by Afro americans) made no bad choices in life and were not responsible for there own actions? I understand racist like you fail to think outside the box? You love to conform to mainstream standards of society. It benefits a prejudice sheep like you in a way. And btw I think I've succeeded so far in my mid 20s. And it's only the beginning. I didn't know you yourself owned a fortune 500 company redneckb4browns? Astonishing
My neck is a lovely shade of pink thank-you-very-much.

What is an Afro-American? An Afro is a hairstyle not an ethnic group.
