i'm a college student looking for a safe, but relatively inexpensive apartment within a 20 minute commute to UH. i have been searching the internet and have found a few, but have heard bad things about the safety of some of them. i'm not moving for a few months, but want to get a head start on finding a safe place, preferably one that allows dogs.

thanks!

Check HAR for 77023 and look for fourplexes, etc in Eastwood and Broadmoor.
