Something coming up that will hurt us is cuts in education. We are going to have thousands of educated individuals lose their jobs in the upcoming months looking for jobs with skill sets that don't really translate into industries in Houston.

Ain't working.
Foreclosures went up in Houston, people just got greedy that's all. What is understandable is "divorce, medical bills, loss of a job, and such".
I'm going to move to Houston, not even worried.
