Thoughts? Also reminder, please don't make this into one of those "where do Hispanics shop for grocery", "where do Asians go out for lunch", or "where do African Americans get their haircut" type of thread. A lot of my threads turn into that here and they get locked.

I saw this earlier today - thanks for posting. My thoughts are that the values in home values in Champions (and other areas nearby) will go up, if this continues. People are going to live where the jobs are - or as close to them as possible.

But there's over 1000 houses on the market in the Woodlands. So I guess people are commuting?

That's my commute and it has definitely gotten heavier in the past 2 years.

I couldn't live there though. It's really nice but not my thing. I'd rather drive.

There are 613 houses on the market. There is another 177 under contract, waiting to close.
