Search the address on google. There are sites that keep the listings up after the house has been sold for a year or more sometimes.

Go to Sawbuck Realty: Real Estate in DC, Dallas, Chicago, LA, SF, Boston and Beyond and plug in the address.

I wasn't impressed with Sawbuck's accuracy, either.

Zillow has my house losing 25% of it's value over the last year for no apparent reason and in the face of comps on my street selling at normal market value so I don't give them any credence.
