I tried this under a different thread but we need to find a nice area to live about half way between Woodlands and NW Houston ( zip 77092 close to 290 at Magnum Road/ Dacoma Street ) . Any ideas ?

I would agree with Champions area also...77379 or Tomball 77375. Both nice areas.

Your lucky this will be easy as there are literally thousands of great choices (well, maybe not so easy). Commute-wise I would suggest anything in the "HP Corridor" as well as Klein or Champions. (Hint: Stay close to a major thoroughfare like 249 and another connector road that'll get you to The Woodlands like Spring-Cypress or Louetta.)

Here are a few good choices:

HP Corridor:
Lakewood Forest
Longwood
Rock Creek
Lakewood Oaks Estates
Lakewood Glen
Gettysburg
Villaggio

Klein:
Gleannloch Farms
Memorial NW

Champions:
Champion Forest
Champions
Champions Park North
Huntwick
Highland Timbers

For more, check out har.com and type in 77379, 77429, 77069, 77070 and 77377 zip codes

Wimbledon Forest is a nice neighborhood, Wimbledon Champions is a bit newer. Woods of Wimbledon, etc there are honestly about 100 great neighborhoods in these areas that I could list.
