East side is the old town Pearland correct? If so what are the good neighborhoods out there?

I'm not that familiar with it, it sounds like you are looking over there because you want an older neighborhood? Some sections of Green Tee are a little older.

Right, I like older for the most part.

Pearland is not typically where you would go to look for older neighborhoods though, any special reason you are looking there? Schools or something?

I have been in Green Tee Terrace before, it seems very nice and well kept, a mixture of middle aged homes and some new construction. What else is there around the area?

I'm afraid some of the Pearlanders will have to weigh in. I am not too terribly familiar with it. I have shown a few times in Pearland but Green Tee was about the only one that seemed to have a little older homes that I came across. I am more familiar with the areas a little closer in.
