True!

Lets just erase that comment from our memory and act like it never happened!

I can agree with you about the other things, but you CANNOT be serious about Blue Bell ice cream.
It is hands down, the best ice cream in the world.
Not even close.
They have even started selling it in other states, like North Carolina.

It's not better than Ben and Jerry's. Blue Bell is just ok.

Wow, I feel like I just twitted a Gilbert Gottfried Japan joke. What a backlash.

Hey, I can't say I don't deserve it though. If you are gonna talk noise, one best be ready.

And Jfre, even though I deserved it, ouch!

All I need is plain ol' vanilla or Cookies n Cream.
I don't like all those crazy flavors served up by those hippies.

Hippies? Oh please. It's just a corporate image. Ben and Jerry's aren't made by hippies and Blue Bell isn't made by Aunt Bee in Mayberry. Now those Keebler Elves really do make those cookies in the magical Piney Woods somewhere around Huntsville.

I think this is all a matter of 'taste'.

Logic would say it is but I think it has more to do with pride. Whataburger has that brilliant advertising telling Texans they must love it. Another example would be Pace Picante sauce. "Get a rope"

Blue Bell Ice Cream the best in the world?

Hate to say it, but not even close.

Yes it is. I've had both. Ben and Jerry's is ok, still prefer Blue Bell. BTW, my last tasting of B&J was at the factory.

Not even close.
