I'll have to check that out. What's good to watch on Univision?

Last year, I watched Univision for the FIFA World Cup coverage. It was so much better than the regular channel in English. LOL, besides GOOOOOOL, I did not understand a word! But it was so much fun watching it

Hindi dominates in the Houston foreign channels market.

If you are a man, any one of the telenovelas. Seriously, the telenovela Teresa is a good one to watch. Angelique Boyer(Teresa, the antagonista, villianess) plays her role excellent. On the novela, Triunfo del Amor(Triumph of Love/Love Triumphs), Daniela Romo plays one of the best villianesses ever. Those novelas show Monday-Friday from 7 p.m.(Teresa)to 10 p.m.(Triunfo del Amor 8-10).

Amber, I've tried to look at the menu of my TV and couldn't figured out how to set for close caption number 2 or 3. Is that the same as CC2, CC3 in the Caption Mode? I got a Samsung HDTV SyncMaster T240HD. It's the one in the kitchen and one I use the most.

I'm always amazed that in the US narrators can make cheerleading, spelling bee and poker "exciting" but can't do the same thing for soccer.

This is the way soccer is supposed to be narrated...
My favorite narrator Sebastian Vignolo (Argentina)
YouTube - Gol de Rosales a Boca Clausura 2007 (Relato Sebastian Vignolo)

and another good one Javier Fernandez Franco (Colombia) &
YouTube - Colombia 2 - Argentina 1

Well, it wasn't a US narrator, he was English! Soccer has been around in UK for a very long time and yet this English narrator was quite boring to listen to. It was seriously horrible to listen to. That's why I turned to watch the games on Univision. It was so much more exciting as it should be. After all, this was the World Championship Games!

My HDTV has CC1, CC2, CC3, and CC4 and none of those displayed captioning on Univision. At least not during the show I was trying to watch and I really wanted to watch it because there were some really hot people on there when I turned it on there.

At the beginning of the novelas, Univision notifies the viewing audience with the CC3 logo if it is available for that program. Also, not to leave out the women of houston who would want to watch the novelas that do not understand Spanish, just Google William Levy or Sebastian Rulli. My wife and sister-in-law think that those two guys are the world. Try Google Mexico also. it will allow you translate from Spanish to English.
